Hi! I’m Michelle - Registered Dietitian, health coach, herbalist, homesteader, and mom.

Around the time I turned 40, I started really struggling - food cravings, weight gain, acne and more. By making adjustments to my food, activity, changing my mindset, and using supportive herbs, I now live with more vibrant health in my 50s than I did in my 40s. And life keeps getting better.
